Orders
For cash-on-delivery orders, AKVA confirms the order by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Keep your order details and contact number accurate.
Prices & payment
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees. Your checkout summary shows the products, available delivery option and total before you place an order.
Delivery
Delivery is available to major cities in Pakistan. Standard delivery is Rs. 300; orders above Rs. 2,000 qualify for free delivery.
Order issues
For damaged or incorrect products, email support@akvaskincare.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement.
