Delivery
We deliver to major cities across Pakistan. Standard delivery is Rs. 300; delivery is free when your order total is above Rs. 2,000.
For cash-on-delivery orders, our team confirms your order by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Delivery is currently coordinated directly by AKVA.
Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
Order updates
Keep your order reference and the phone number used at checkout. Account holders can view their order history online.
Returns & order issues
We offer replacements for damaged or incorrect products. Please email support@akvaskincare.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement.
